Processing Times
All orders placed before 4pm UK/EU time are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) and you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How much is delivery?
Excellent news! FREE delivery in EU/UK this summer 2023 to celebrate the launch of our Super Mocha!
Shipping costs will vary based on your location and the weight of your order. But, the good news is, delivery is free for orders over £70!
If your order is under £70, we offer a range of shipping options at checkout to meet your needs, including standard and express shipping.
We ship orders from our warehouse in the UK and south of France. So, if you are ordering from EU/UK you don't need to worry about unexpected taxes and customs. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Rest of World
Please note that international shipments outside of Europe and UK may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.
Some countries have import taxes and customs documents, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred on international orders.
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my order?
Your local courier will contact you via email/text when your order has been shipped. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days in the EU and 1-3 business days for UK.
Please note, on national holidays it is highly likely our delivery partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.
You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
